Not at all. As long as we have access to water, electricity, your vehicle and the keys (or it's left unlocked in your driveway), you are free to go to work, run errands, or relax inside.

We primarily service Little Rock, but we do go to surrounding cities such as Maumelle and North Little Rock.

We take cash, CashApp, Apple Pay, Paypal, Venmo, and Zelle

It depends on the package and car size. But for the basic package normally 1.5 to 2.5 hours and for our premium package anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on your vehicle's size & cleanliness

No problem at all. It's literally our job to clean your car. There is a pet hair fee of $50. If your car is really dirty, beyond the normal dirt and grime that accumulates, we do have a severely neglected vehicle fee for $65+. Feel free to text us pictures of the state of your car if you think it might fall into this category.

A regular wash is really just to get surface dirt and grime off while a detail is a very detailed process that gets all that stuck on grime as well as protecting and restoring natural shine on every surface.

While automatic car washes are convenient and quick, they can damage the paint on your car. Touchless washes are better than the ones that use brushes, but they often use extremely harsh chemicals which can mar your paint and leave lasting marks. At Refined Mobile Detailing, we approach detailing by using the safest, gentlest chemicals and techniques that will not damage the paint and will get the job done.

We don't use a wax because we have found that a hydrophobic paint sealant is actually a better way to add a protective layer to your paint while at the same time creating a glossy surface that water beads on.

Because we do all of our detailing outside, if it's raining we normally reschedule or delay your appointment.

The farther in advance you book an appointment the more probable you will get the day and time you want. We generally recommend booking at least a week ahead of time. If you need one sooner, call or text and we may still be able to work you in.

We can remove or significantly lighten the vast majority of common food, drink, and everyday stains using professional chemicals and tools. But some old or chemical stains just don't come out.
